Carmel Gamble

Carmel Gamble has been nursing since 1979, and has worked exclusively in breast-care nursing since 2005. In that year, she completed her breast care nurse accreditation through La Trobe University, followed by a Graduate Certificate in Women’s Health at QUT in 2007. She has gained wide experience over the last 15 years working in three different dedicated breast care units across Brisbane, in both public and private hospitals. Carmel joined the team at St Vincent’s Northside Private Hospital in November 2012. She is dedicated to meeting the emotional and practical needs of patients and their loved ones, and offers information, guidance and support from diagnosis through to treatment and survivorship.
