Dr Gasper is a Medical Oncologist and early career researcher working in the role of clinical research fellow at RBWH. Having graduated from Kings College London with Bachelor of Science (2008) and Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (2011), he emigrated to Australia to continue his medical career. He completed his advanced training in Medical Oncology and was admitted into fellowship as a Medical Oncologist in December 2019.
Dr Gasper has research interests in cancer immunology and in the patient journey with cancer. Currently his time is divided between a laboratory project exploring markers of treatment resistance in melanoma brain metastasis and clinical research exploring the impact of COVID-19 and patients with cancer.
